Where can I find the nutritional information and full ingredients lists for your products?
All nutritional information and full ingredient lists are available on each product page of our website, as well as printed on the back of every granola box.
Why do you not use any seed oils? Why only extra virgin olive oil?
We avoid seed oils because they’re often highly processed and can contain unstable fats when heated. We only use cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil — it’s naturally rich in antioxidants and healthy fats, and gives our granola a delicious, subtle flavour without compromising on nutrition.
What do you use to sweeten your products?
We only use unrefined natural sweeteners — pure maple syrup and honey. Our granola is made just as we make it at home for our family: with great organic ingredients, balanced spices, and natural sweetness for a wholesome, satisfying crunch.
Does granola contain nuts? Do you make a nut-free product?
Yes — our granolas are proudly nutty! We use generous amounts of high-quality nuts in all flavours except Scrumpy Crunch, which contains only fruit and seeds.
What about peanuts?
We don’t use peanuts in any of our products and our kitchen is completely peanut-free.
How do I store my granola for maximum freshness?
Keep your granola sealed in its original packaging or transfer it to an airtight jar. Store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, enjoy within 4–6 weeks for the best crunch and flavour.
Where is your granola made?
Every batch is handcrafted in our home kitchen in West Somerset. We stick to small-batch production to ensure freshness, quality, and that proper homemade taste.
How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We aim to dispatch your order the next working day, so most parcels arrive within 2–3 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free UK shipping for orders over £20. For orders under £20, there’s a standard £3.99 shipping charge.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely. You can cancel anytime by logging into your account and clicking “Cancel Subscription.” Or, if you prefer, send us a message and we’ll sort it for you.
Can I update the delivery timings or products in my subscription?
